As a mental health counselor who is also a Christian, I believe God uses the people around us to display his compassion and comfort.  My hope is that clients can rest in a safe relationship with their therapist, knowing they can explore their life with a trusted and skilled therapist who validates and respects each person, meeting them where they are at.  In this exploration process, clients gain insight about themselves, feel better individually, make more authentic choices, and enjoy better relationships.

I provide individual mental health therapy as a part of your broader multidisciplinary mental health team, providing services and treatment in accordance with the evidence-based practice recovery model.  This includes direct clinical services such as assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy and crisis intervention.  I consult and cooperate with your other behavioral health professionals, hospitals, and prevention/intervention programs.
